Nicoletta Ferraina

Biography

Nicoletta Ferraina boasts over twenty-five years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, during which she has led complex projects in marketing, business development, and integrated communication, with a strategic approach always oriented towards results. Since 2024, she has held the position of Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager for Italy and France at Leonardo Hotels, where she is responsible for defining and implementing marketing and communication plans, managing press office and PR, digital and social marketing strategies, traditional advertising, brand identity care, as well as partnerships, co-marketing, corporate events, and special initiatives. She also oversees internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and continuity in the brand image. Previously, she held similar roles of responsibility in marketing and communication in companies such as Gruppo UNA S.p.A., Valtur S.p.A., and Blu Hotels S.p.A., consolidating her expertise in developing marketing and communication strategies and customer care. She graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a focus on tourism management from the Catholic University of Milan and completed specialized training courses in communication, social media, and digital marketing. Combining strategic vision and operational skills, Nicoletta Ferraina synergistically integrates marketing and communication functions to support the growth and competitive positioning of companies – particularly in the tourism sector – at national and international levels.
