Paola Casara

Councillor of the Municipality of Forlì, with delegations for education and schooling policies, Forlì as a university city, youth policies and civil service, policies for the economic development of the territory, and the 'Forlì Aerospazio' project. During her term, she has worked to strengthen Forlì's role as a city of knowledge and innovation, promoting dialogue between institutions, businesses, universities and the third sector. Convinced that economic growth must go hand in hand with quality of life, she has supported measures in favour of administrative simplification, incentives for the green transition, support for new businesses and local welfare measures to reconcile work-life balance. Under her leadership, the Municipality has seen the opening of new production facilities, the elimination of the public land occupation tax, and the launch of projects aimed at young people and the world of education. Attentive to the international dimension and to the enhancement of human capital, Paola Casara has promoted initiatives to make Forlì an attractive hub for students, professionals and innovative companies, consolidating the strategic role of the territory in the aerospace supply chain and in high-value-added sectors. Her administrative approach is characterised by the desire to build a system, creating collaborative networks capable of generating sustainable and inclusive development.
