Paola Puzzovio An entrepreneur for over 30 years, Paola Puzzovio helps Horeca companies, producers and tourism operators move beyond individual logic to build networks, formats and experiences capable of making a territory more recognisable, competitive and attractive. An expert in Food and Wine Tourism, the non-hotel accommodation sector and the development of territorial networks, she is a speaker, trainer and consultant for institutions, academies and businesses in the food, wine and tourism sector. She is the founder of TEGing Italia, a project created to redesign Italian food and wine tourism, bringing concreteness, awareness and business to operators in the sector. She is also the founder of iTEG, the annual international event that brings together training, networking, B2B and B2C meetings, territorial storytelling and moments open to the community. She conceived the figure of the Sommelier Narratore, a contemporary profile that goes beyond tasting techniques to transform wine and the beverage world into storytelling, the territory into an experience and the guest into the protagonist of the journey. She is the founder of Skills4Tourism, a project focused on the development of talents and new professional figures in hospitality, integrating technical skills, guest relations, communication, territorial storytelling and ethical matching between people and companies, to generate concrete value in the tourism and Horeca sector. She is co-founder of PEevents, a women-led company specialising in sustainable and inclusive events, and holds representative roles in national and international organisations such as Laica Salento, TUR CONF.E.P.I., San Martino ODV and Sweet & Snacks Europe.
