Graduated in Political Science from the University of Pisa, he obtained a Master's degree in Innovation Management from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he was a research expert in industrial policy for three years. As a senior official at Unioncamere, he worked on numerous innovation and digitalization projects for the Chamber of Commerce network services. Since 2009, he has held positions as head of technical secretariat and in direct collaboration with political authorities at the Ministry of Economic Development and the Presidency of the Council (Department for European Policies and Department for Innovation and Digitalization). Since July 1, 2022, he has been the director of the Research Area at Isnart, a consortium company of the chamber system that deals with tourism policies.
