Paolo Corvo is an associate professor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, where he teaches Travel Cultures and Social Dynamics. He has collaborated with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in tourism research. He is the author of various essays, the latest of which are Sociology of Tourist Consumption, with Lo Verde and Pepe, (eds.) (Pearson, 2023) and The Centrality of Italian Medium-Sized Cities. The Case of Bergamo, with M. Colleoni, (FrancoAngeli, 2024).
