Paolo Migani

After graduating in Statistical and Economic Sciences from the University of Bologna, he completed his studies by attending various specialisation courses both in Italy and abroad in the field of innovation and technology transfer. Considering Industrial Property assets as one of the main drivers of innovation, he chose to develop his skills in this field. From the very beginning of his career, he has been involved in projects and protection initiatives in the main sectors of made in Italy (fashion, mechanical and food). He is a speaker at seminars and conferences on Industrial Property and innovation. He is a consultant for several Chambers of Commerce, Innovation Agencies and Start-up Incubators. He has been appointed as CTU (Court-Appointed Technical Expert) at the Court of Ancona and Bologna. Trade Mark and Design Attorney at: the Italian Patent and Trade Mark Office (UIBM), the Patent and Trade Mark State Office of the Republic of San Marino (USBM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Member of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
