For years I have found myself on a stage 'managing' public events. It is the natural evolution of part of my professional journey: 25 years in front of the camera interviewing people and bringing out stories, events, ideas, projects, and viewpoints. With a journalist's approach (I have been a member of the Press Register since 2001), a basketball player's sense of timing, and a child's curiosity. When I am entrusted with the role of host, I immediately ask the client a few key questions: what pace do you want? How long should it last? How deep should I go? What tone do you prefer? Receiving and processing the answers is essential to building exactly the product requested. I define myself as a '𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲': I start from the idea that the audience, whoever they may be, should go home with something interesting, useful, and ideally moving. To achieve this, it is essential to take the moment by the hand, along with its key players, and create that special bond with the audience — one that only comes to life when the audience is inspired to embark on a journey together. I use irony and rhythm to keep attention high, without ever sacrificing depth. Only in this way can people, stories, and ideas truly be given their full value on a stage — or in front of a camera.
