Pietro Falcicchio

A lawyer admitted to the Court of Cassation, he specialises in public procurement and concessions, with particular expertise and in-depth knowledge in the field of state property and beach concessions, including with reference to the Bolkestein Directive, competition-related profiles and public tendering procedures. He has gained advisory and litigation experience in the concessions sector and carries out research and training activities on the regulation of beach concessions. He is the author of the paper 'Concessioni balneari', now in its 13th edition, and participates as a speaker at conferences, webinars and specialist meetings on the subject. He also deals with the execution of public contracts and claims, subcontracting, private contracts, environmental law, ANAC proceedings and surety bonds, assisting companies, contracting authorities and professionals during the tendering phase, in contract execution and in administrative and civil litigation. He has served as Councillor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Mobility. He is a member of the Chamber of Administrative Lawyers of Rome and Co-Founder of Legal Team. Author of sector publications, including 'Il Commento al codice dei contratti pubblici', Grafill, 2025, and 'Subappalto negli appalti pubblici', Grafill, 2024.
