Pio Grollo

Pio Grollo is President of studioTREND and Editor of QUADERNI di Economia e Gestione del Turismo. He has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Ca' Foscari University of Venice and IULM University of Milan, combining his academic activity with extensive experience in research, consultancy, and destination management. Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with universities, research centres, companies, and organisations operating in the tourism sector, including the Universities of Trieste, Udine and Venice, CISET, Doxa, Sviluppo Italia, Mercury, Tolomeo, and Dolomiti Turismo. He also teaches at ITS Academy Turismo Veneto in the area of Economics and Revenue Management. His activities focus particularly on tourism economics and management, the analysis of tourism systems, and destination management and development, combining research with practical applications in the planning and tourism enhancement of territories.
