She graduated in Political Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and earned a PhD in Economics and Finance of the Public Sector from the Catholic University of Milan. She has gained significant experience in the field of economics and regulation of transport systems and has taken part in numerous projects for the European Commission and Parliament. From 2013 to 2015 she chaired the Board of Directors of the public transport agency of the Province of Rimini, and in July 2016 she was appointed Councillor for Mobility, Maritime State Property, Planning and Territorial Management in the Municipality of Rimini. Since December 2024 she has held the role of Councillor for Tourism, Commerce and Sport for the Emilia-Romagna Region.
