Roberto Micera

Biography

He is Associate Professor of Business Economics and Management at the Department for Humanistic, Scientific and Social Innovation (DIUSS) - University of Basilicata, where he teaches Business Strategy and Territorial Marketing. He holds a PhD in Business Economics. He obtained a Master's degree in Tourism Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and was a visiting scholar at the Fisher College of Ohio State University. He has been the scientific coordinator of numerous research projects on tourism and is currently part of the team for many international and national research activities on innovation management in tourism businesses and destinations. He has also held numerous positions in the tourism sector and in business management, collaborating with companies, institutions, associations, and local tourism operators.
