Sabrina Talarico

Professional journalist, writer and civil mediator, owner of the integrated communication agency Studio Eidos srl and director of the tourism daily www.ilviaggiatore-magazine.it. Passionate and in-depth connoisseur of the world of communication, new media, content creation, travel and photography, she has visited 74 countries around the world and is an expert in the tourism, culture, wellness and lifestyle sectors. She has worked and continues to work for over 30 years for public and private institutions, tourist destinations, consortia, hotels, trade fairs, open air accommodation facilities and tour operators, in Italy and Europe. For many years she was a correspondent for local daily newspapers (Il Mattino di Padova, Il Gazzettino, Il Gazzettino Economia and Il Giornale), a contributor to historic tourism magazines (TTG, Gente Viaggi, Tuttoturismo, Bell'Italia), and author and co-author of tourist guides for Touring Club Editore and RCS Rizzoli Libri. For 9 years she served as a national councillor and member of the executive board of the Ordine Nazionale dei Giornalisti, and for 6 years she was a member of the FNSI, Federazione Nazionale Stampa Italiana. Since 2014 she has been a member of Lions Club International, for which she oversees the communications sector and held the position of club president during the Lions year 2023-2024. Since 2014 she has been president of GIST, Gruppo Italiano Stampa Turistica, a historic and prestigious association based in Milan, which brings together over 300 Italian journalists working in the tourism sector. She participates as a speaker and/or moderator at numerous meetings/talks/round tables on the topics of lifestyle, tourism, tourism economics and wellbeing. She is a lecturer and moderator of training courses for journalists organised by GIST, with continuing education credits.
