Samira Lui is a model, showgirl and television personality, born in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Raised in Colloredo di Monte Albano, she moved to Milan to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She gained fame in 2017 through her participation in Miss Italia, where she finished in third place. She subsequently entered the world of television, becoming one of the 'professoresse' on the Rai 1 quiz show L'Eredità. In 2022 she took part in Tale e Quale Show and the David di Donatello awards ceremony, while in 2023 she competed on Grande Fratello. From 2024 she has been appearing alongside Gerry Scotti on the well-known game show La Ruota della Fortuna, a role that has cemented her popularity with the general public. From 2026 she has been an ambassador for Friuli Venezia Giulia, her home region.
