Sara Digiesi has been Chief Executive Officer of BWH Hotels Italy & South-East Europe since 2022. An expert in ESG, she holds international roles in the leading pre-competitive organizations in the sector: she is a member of the GBTA Sustainability Leadership Council and represents the entire BWH Hotels group as the sole Italian delegate at the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance. At BWH Hotels she has held various positions of responsibility spanning marketing, sales, digital distribution, strategy and innovation. Before joining BWH, she was Country Marketing Manager for Italy and Malta at IHG Hotel Group. She holds a degree in Economics and Tourism Management and has two specializations in Sustainability, Green Economy and Tourism Economics. For her commitment and leadership, she was included in the ranking of «100 Donne al Comando» by Forbes Italia in 2023 and 2026, as well as among the «50 Donne più influenti» by Fortune Italia. Her experience also leads her to be regularly invited as a speaker at leading events.
