Silvio Mitis

With a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures and a thesis on "The Metaphor of Water in Hesse's Novels", he began his career in tourism with Turisanda, followed by four years at Costa Cruises and over twenty at Veratour, where he still works today as a Trade Account. While his main focus is sales, his Master's in Public Relations from Ateneo Impresa has allowed him to broaden his role to include training, marketing, and communication. At Veratour, he developed an operational manual for events and trade marketing, led a team of brand promoters, launched a telesales project, and created a multimedia content DVD. In his (limited) free time, he teaches tourism sales techniques in private schools, writes travel articles for the blog Il Grillo Vaggiante by Caesar Tour, and, of course, travels far whenever he can. His first book, Some Journeys Never End (Certi Viaggi non finiscono mai), was published by Caesar Tour.
