Holding a degree in Economics and Marketing from Bocconi, he has founded and led tech initiatives in the tourism, drone and artificial intelligence sectors. With AiDA, he brings hotels a 24/7 AI front office that is multichannel and multilingual, capable of managing phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and web chat, integrating with booking systems and turning guest requests into direct sales opportunities. At TTG, he brings a pragmatic vision: using AI to free staff from repetitive tasks and give back time to human relationships.
