Stefania Frandi

She obtained her high school diploma in 1989 at the T. Parentucelli Scientific High School and, in the same year, began her studies in Law at the University of Parma, where she attended from 1989 to 1993. On March 15, 1994, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law, achieving the top mark of 110/110. She has been a member of the Bar Association of La Spezia since November 10, 1999, and has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since January 18, 2013. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in civil, banking, commercial, administrative law, and in particular, maritime law and state-owned maritime property. She is a member of AIDIM – the Italian Maritime Law Association, Trieste Committee, and serves as the Maritime Law Coordinator within the National Forensic Network. She is also registered as a Manager with the Body for Over-Indebtedness Crisis Composition of the Bar Association of La Spezia and acts as a mediator at the Chamber of Commerce of La Spezia. She works as a legal consultant for SIB–FIPE (Italian Bathing Establishments Union – Confcommercio) and has contributed, as an expert for Legambiente, to the drafting of UNI/PdR 92:2020 issued by the Italian Standardization Body (UNI). She has also taken part, as an expert for SIB FIPE Confcommercio, in the drafting of UNI Standard 11911:2023. She is currently National and Regional Head of Litigation for SIB FIPE Confcommercio.
