Veronica Milo

Veronica Milo is General Manager of Vivosa Apulia Resort and Masseria Fontanelle, centres of excellence in Apulian hospitality, where she leads an organisation of over 400 rooms and a team of approximately 500 staff members. A hospitality professional with a career built across commercial management, marketing and operations, she has developed an international vision of the industry through educational and professional experiences in New York and Paris. Her career path is characterised by a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, the promotion of the local territory and the creation of distinctive guest experiences. She is among the youngest General Managers under 45 leading a hospitality facility of this size in Italy, and she holds a contract lectureship at the University of Salento, with teaching and workshop activities on the subjects of tourism, hospitality management and service innovation.
