Viola Guadiano

Viola Gaudiano is a Project Developer for Romea Strata, Cultural Route of the Council of Europe. She has built her professional expertise in international contexts with a focus on innovation through projects, fundraising strategies, major events and long-term organisational sustainability. Throughout her career she has collaborated with several UN agencies in the Balkans, with local non-profit organisations in Tanzania, as well as with public and private Foundations in Italy. Today she puts her skills at the service of pilgrim routes and cultural, slow and sustainable tourism, understood as an essential driver for rural development. She coordinates European and national projects, engages with partners and territories, and builds collaborative networks that are fundamental to the growth of the itinerary.
