We recommend registering online before your visit, but on-site ticket desks are also available.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

Tickets can be purchased by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTE PAY circuits) or with PAYPAL and SATISPAY.

CAN NON-INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS ATTEND?

Admission is reserved for industry professionals only.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

The event is strictly for industry professionals. Your guest must also register and work in the sector.

I’M NOT CURRENTLY AN INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL BUT WOULD LIKE TO BECOME ONE — CAN I ATTEND?

Yes, by purchasing a ticket.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED TO PROVE I’M AN INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL?

A company business card is sufficient.

IS THE TICKET VALID FOR ALL THREE DAYS?

The standard ticket is valid for a single day of the exhibition. If you wish to attend the entire event, select the 3-day pass.

CAN I RE-ENTER THE VENUE WITH THE SAME TICKET AFTER LEAVING?

No, it is not allowed.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN I SHOW IT ON MY SMARTPHONE?

There is no need to print the ticket. You can show your digital ticket directly from the Tourism&Hospitality HUB app, logging in with the credentials you used for registration.

CAN MINORS ENTER? DO THEY PAY A REDUCED FARE?

Minors are only allowed to enter if accompanied by an adult.
The ticket is free of charge up to the age of 12. From 12 to 18 years of age, the ticket will be chargeable.

DO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY PAY FOR THE TICKET?

No. Admission is also free for a companion. Just go to the on-site desks.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Only small dogs with a leash and muzzle are allowed inside.

I’M A CONTENT CREATOR — CAN I VISIT TTG TRAVEL EXPERIENCE?

Yes, you can register as a Content Creator by selecting "TRADE MEDIA" as your main activity and "CONTENT CREATOR" as the activity detail.download-official-app

I AM A PROFESSOR. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING MY CLASS TO VISIT THE TRADESHOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Visits are open to 4th and 5th-year high school classes exclusively on the last day of the exhibition (October 16, 2026).

 

Admission is free.

 

To confirm your reservation, please complete the dedicated form no later than October 5, 2026. The link will be available starting this August.

 

For the admission of underage students, once the form is completed, we will provide a release form. This must be filled out, signed, and handed in at the ticket desk for each minor attending.

Depending on your mode of transportation to the Exhibition Centre, you will then be informed of the exact entrance to use.

ARE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REDUCED RATE?

Yes, university students are eligible for a reduced rate: a daily ticket can be purchased for €4.90 directly at the ticket desks during the exhibition.

To obtain this rate, you must present a valid ID and proof of university enrollment.

How can I get to the Rimini Expo Centre?

WHAT ADDRESS SHOULD I ENTER INTO MY GPS?

The address of Rimini Expo Centre is:
Via Emilia, 155 – Rimini

There are multiple entrances:

  • - South Entrance – Via Emilia, 155 (GPS coordinates: 44.0726, 12.526308)

  • - East Entrance – Via Galla Placidia / Via Teodorico (GPS: 44.072532, 12.532319)

  • - West Entrance – Via San Martino in Riparotta / Via Turchetta (GPS: 44.072147, 12.520478)

WHERE CAN I PARK? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RESERVE A PARKING SPOT?

Visitors can park in designated areas around the expo centre at the following rates:

  • Cars: €20 per entry

  • Campers/vans: €20 per entry

  • Buses: €30 per entry

  • Motorcycles (up to 150cc): Free

A free shuttle runs continuously between the South, East, and West entrances during the event.

At this time, parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR PARKING?

PAY AT THE TICKET MACHINE
Take a ticket at the parking entrance and pay at the staffed or automatic machines near the entrances.
You can also pay upon arrival to avoid queues when leaving.
Keep your ticket to exit.
 

PAY WITH TELEPASS
In parking areas SOUTH 1–3, WEST 3–4–5, you can enter and exit automatically using your Telepass device.
