Vehicle access during the show for unloading
During the event, vehicle access to the fairgrounds for loading/unloading will be allowed for a maximum of one hour and subject to a deposit of €100.00.
Alternatively and again on these days, a free trolley delivery service will be available subject to a deposit of €100.00.

Vehicles must park in the West 1-2 and South 2 car parks.
Hand trolley with deposit
A free trolley service for deliveries is available at the entrances, subject to a deposit of €100.00.
DELIVERY SERVICE
A free DELIVERY SERVICE is also available at the entrances on 7 October (7 am - 5 pm) and 8 October (7 am -1 pm).
Packages (already packed) can be delivered to the above locations and will then be brought directly to your stand within a short time at no extra cost.
Removal of samples from the stand
Friday, 10 October 2025 - ENTRY RESTRICTED TO EXHIBITORS ONLY
5.00 pm - 7.00 pm - removal of samples by hand, entry for vans and cars
(you must have a "Samples Removal Form")
8 pm - 10 pm - reservation of hall loading slots for trucks, semi-trailers and vans.
Stand disassembly
Saturday 11 October 2025 7 am - 9 pm
Sunday 12 October 2025 7 am - 9 pm
Monday 13 October 2025 7 am - 9 pm

HAND TROLLEY WITH DEPOSIT
A free trolley service for deliveries is available at the entrances, subject to a deposit of €100.00
In order to access the fairgrounds during set-up (and disassembly), you must:
be up to date with invoice payments;
have obtained approval for the stand plan;
activate the technical fitter profile;
complete the Safety page in the LOGISTICS section;
book unloading/loading slots;
register all the people who will have to access the fairgrounds on those days.
People must be registered in the "LOGISTICS-STAFF REGISTRATION" section in the reserved area.
The technical FITTER profile, which allows you to independently access the area where you can register staff, upload your plan and certifications, is activated by clicking on the profile icon in your reserved area in the top right and going to "Add Profiles", selecting EXTERNAL COMPANY and TECHNICAL PROFILE.

Booking slots
Entry to the fairgrounds for vehicles that must unload during the set-up/disassembly stages is subject to booking a slot, which can be done from the "LOGISTICS – BOOKING A SLOT" section in the exhibitor’s reserved area; after booking, print out the pass with the QR code and present it at the check-in areas.
N.B. It is important to activate the slot booking with the fitter.
This can be done from the SLOT> DELEGATE FITTER section of the exhibitor’s reserved area.
