Rimini, 9th October 2026 – The hospitality industry is evolving in the way it does business, builds brands and, above all, attracts new professionals. TTG Travel Experience 2026, scheduled to take place from 14th to 16th October at Rimini Expo Centre, will feature an initiative specifically for hospitality sector transformations by bringing together major hotel chains, managers, buyers, students and industry professionals.
Hotel Chains, TTG’s format for leading Italian and international hotel groups, will play a central role as a meeting place built around development strategies, brand transformation and new hospitality models with opportunities for direct interaction between chains, operators and buyers.
HOTEL TALKS: THIRTY MINUTES TO EXPLAIN STRATEGIES AND PROJECTS
The core of the format will be the Hotel Talks. Each hotel chain will have 30 minutes to explain its positioning and present new projects to a professional audience. An agile format, designed to bring the groups’ strategies to the fore and turn a brand presentation into an opportunity for dialogue with the market.
The 2026 format will also strengthen the link between TTG and InOut: purchasing managers from the hotel chains attending TTG will be able to join the buyer network of InOut | The Hospitality Community, thus enabling them to make direct contact with companies specialising in furnishings, design, wellness, technology and services for the hospitality sector.
THE WORK ISSUE: YOUNG PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES IN UNFILTERED DIALOGUE
One of the most pressing issues concerns human capital. On Wednesday 14th October, at 2.10 pm in the Main Arena, the session entitled Existing without filters: young people and hospitality businesses compared beyond the blind spots of (mis)match will place students and human resources managers face to face to discuss the gaps that still exist between young people’s expectations and company needs.
The panel, with the participation of Confindustria Alberghi, will address the topic of the new intergenerational pact in the hospitality sector. Speakers will include Elisabetta Fabri, President of Confindustria Alberghi; Graziano Debellini, President of TH Resorts; Marco Gilardi, Senior Vice President of Operations Italy at Minor Hotels; and Mariangela Pecora, HR Director for Italy & the Maldives at The Palace Company, alongside students invited to share the younger generation’s point of view.
INCLUSIVE HOSPITALITY: FROM EMPLOYMENT TO VALUE FOR LOCAL AREAS
The debate on the future of hospitality will also focus on inclusion. On Wednesday 14th October, at 3.40 pm, in the Global Village Arena, the panel discussion entitled Does truly inclusive tourism exist? Inclusive hospitality as a space for authentic relationships will address the issue of professional accessibility and hospitality models that create value for guests, staff and local communities. Speakers will include Alex Toselli, director of Albergo Etico, who will discuss professional integration projects for people with disabilities. The common thread is always the same: make the hospitality sector more attractive, inclusive and competitive by focusing not only on products and technology but also on people, skills and the quality of the professional experience.
