After 2 years in Investment Banking in France and Spain in the technology industry, Charles decided to digitalize his family's travel agencies. Charles had worked in the travel industry since he was young and, together with his management team, wanted to implement effective and appropriate business tools. However, the software used was adapted to the industrialization of the tourism industry in the 2000s and did not take into account new technologies, the need for personalization, and new traveler expectations. To fill this market need, Charles created Ezus in Paris in 2019, now used by over 450 agencies in 50 countries.
