Daniela Baldelli Sales and Marketing Area Director at Omnia Hotels With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Daniela Baldelli has built a successful career holding leadership roles in some of the most prestigious international hotel chains, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Meliá Hotels International. Currently, she is Sales and Marketing Area Director at Omnia Hotels, where she manages and coordinates commercial and marketing strategies for a portfolio of 8 high-end properties in Rome. In her current role, Daniela is responsible for developing and implementing sales, digital marketing, and communication strategies for iconic hotels such as Hotel Imperiale, Donna Laura Palace, Rose Garden Palace, Hotel Shangri-La Roma, Hotel St Martin, Grand Hotel Fleming, Hotel Santa Costanza, and Aria Palace. Her expertise focuses on attracting high-profile international clientele, both MICE and leisure, and consolidating relationships with strategic partners, creating new growth opportunities for the brand. Over the years, she has refined her experience in commercial brand positioning, creating effective strategies to optimize property performance and meet the needs of every type of client. A fundamental aspect of her success is focusing on team development and growth.
