Francesco Tapinassi

He is the director of Toscana Promozione Turistica and scientific director of BTO, Be Travel Onlife. Previously, he held the position of tourism director for the Tuscany Region, director of tourism policies at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, senior marketing strategist for Fondazione Sistema Toscana, director of the APT of Grosseto, and social media manager for the LAG of Ogliastra. He is a speaker at conferences on the topic of tourism reviews and online reputation, and a trainer in collaboration with various Italian universities. He is co-author, together with Nicola Zoppi, of the Apogeo book "Web Marketing of Reviews: A Survival Guide to TripAdvisor & Co. for Hoteliers and Restaurateurs" published in 2017, and of "Tourism and Reput'action" by Franco Angeli, together with Roberta Milano.
