After graduating from Bocconi University and obtaining an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Paola worked for years in IBM's finance department before gaining various experiences as a consultant for development processes across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Currently, she is involved in territorial and social regeneration projects and destination marketing in Sardinia. She is the manager of Hub Rete Nuoro, a national program promoted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and implemented by Invitalia to provide guidance and training to young people aged 16 to 35.
