Marcella De Martino

Marcella De Martino is a Research Director at the Institute of Integrated Methodologies for Earth Observation (IMIOT) of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR). For over twenty years, she has carried out research on innovation, sustainability, and the competitiveness of firms and territories, with particular reference to the tourism and hospitality sectors. She has gained extensive experience in the scientific coordination of European and national research projects, with particular attention to collaborative innovation processes, value creation, and the assessment of socio-economic impacts, including with reference to research infrastructures in the environmental field. She is the author of numerous publications in national and international scientific journals. She is a member of the Editorial Boards of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, the European Journal of Innovation Management, and the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights.
